The links for printing / downloading (on the right side) don't work for me (IE 6.0 on win xp).
"Print" just prints some (nearly) empty and some arbitrarily chosen pages; Download only downloads a frameset with relative frame-src's, which does is quite useless.

At least printing would be quite useful because (to a certain degree) printed pages provide more overview than an online document.

Can you confirm this or is it a "private" problem of my PC ?

HI

We're in the process of sorting this out. We needed to break up the documents so that it allowed searching to be more effective but this had the side-effect that printing and downloading were affected.

In most knowledgebase documents, you should now see an "attachment" link. Please use this for downloading.
