Mail to subdomain

I would appreciate any help I can get!!

We currently receive our mail via our head office to our scalix server. (The exchange server forwards mail to us).

Users needs to receive mail from both example.com and from site.example.com. At the moment though sendmail is only delivering mail to user@example.com

How can I setup the server to receive for user@site.example.com

Thanks for the quick response Sascha,

I have followed that post but still with no joy. Yesterday I was receiving mail on both domain and subdomain with no problem. I don't even recall changing any settings!

If I do a sendmail -bt on a user the subdomain (site) does not give a esmtp response but the domain (example.com) does.

Could it be an issue with hostname?

hostname resolves as: site
hostname --fqdn resolves as: site.example.com

Don't know where the problem lay but ran omsendin and the problem is now sorted out!
