Cant delete new added User "Öffentlich"

Hello!
I added a User with the Name "Öffentlich" and there comes an error that the user isnt created. But now i have the User in my Userlist and cant delete him. I think the Problem is the "Ö". Does someone know how i can safty delete this user without destroying anything in the mailserver.

How are you trying to delete this user? If you do an "omshowu -m all", it should show a list of all of your users. Does that user show up? If so, it should show you exactly how the user is entered into Scalix. If you still can't delete the user with omdelu, go ahead and post the information here and we'll give you something that will.
