I have the same problem. SWA-Login is not possible for sxadmin and other users, created using SAC.
SWA works fine for all users syncronized from ActiveDirectory.
Please see my sxadmin and a testuser, login to SAC works, login to SWA doesn´t work.

I have no chance to reinstall the system, we are going in operation next week.
In my testinstallation before I never had this problem.
Any idea?
