Hi,
assuming a correct server-side setup, this should be a problem on the client side.
You can try to isolate the problem as follows:
- verify with a new Outlook profile for the same user
- verify as another user on the same machine
- verify on a different machine.
As we do not know any specific informations about the client (OS, Office Version, Service Packs, additional software especially Outlook-Addons) it is not easy to say more at this point.
