Scalix http download not working.

Hello I'm downloading Scalix for the first time but both the core and the extensions download as a 182kb file which returns an error when I try to unzip. When I opened the downloaded files with a text editor this was their content.

I'm wondering if its a server error or something that is just happening to me.
