Postby lpgroup » Thu Apr 27, 2006 8:01 pm

I can logon to SWA but about 30 sec after logon i get an error 0 and I can only see 2 days worth of emails. I have run omtidyallu -M and all the other maint rutines. Has anyone else seen this?

What server version? What SWA version? What browser and version?

Reproduce the error then have a look in the swa log in $TOMCAT_HOME/logs. Please post the relevant portion of the log.

Thanks,
Don

You say that you've run all the maintenance utilities. Humor me and tell me you tried:

omscan -Afx -U "user name"

Are you seeing anything in /var/opt/scalix/logs/fatal related to this problem?

Are you able to access this mailbox with outlook? You may have luck moving messages out of the inbox one at a time or in batches until you are able to access it with swa without error.

Thanks,
Don

Everyone is getting this? Maybe it was a bad (spam) message sent to everyone. Try logging on with the admin account (sxadmin.) How does that work out?

Thanks,
Don

Ok you are telling me that the system has no function to discard bad mesages? I respectfully request a bad message discard function be added to the features for the next rev.
