Look in the tomcat logs to see what's going on.

I checked the logs of tomcat on / var / opt / scalix / ml / tomcat / log but I have not seen any error ... The mistake that me when I enter login is:

If there's nothing getting logged in any of the tomcat log files, then you're not talking to this server... I think you should check again.

a search for "Could not fetch configuration information" gives quite a number of hits, including some where the problem got resolved. This contribution:

lists a number of things to be checked, possible causes, and at least one possible solution. Perhaps it helps you to solve this problem.

Make sure your /etc/opt/scalix/instance.cfg file is there and correct. Should look something like this.

OMNAME=<mailnode name>
OMHOSTNAME=<fqdn hostname>
OMDATADIR=/var/opt/scalix/s1/s
OMAUTOSTART=TRUE
