I know 10 just released not so long...just wanna know when will the next release?

We're not in a position to discuss any future release timescales.

Is there something specific that you believe will be in the next release or is there something that you think is missing from the current release that you need to have ?

OK, here is a for-instance:

(SWA does not respect the Display in Address Book flag set from SAC, shows all addresses)

Our users should not see certain groups in the system address book, yet they can find them in SWA even when the display flag is off. Marked "fixed in the next release".

Is there any guidance you can give us for the next release in this case?
