Scalix Internet mail gateway

Hey, i am an IT manger for a big software company and i have a critical problem
regarding scalix.
on every new day the Internet mail gateway service and the local delivery service
stopping due to "bad" email.
what is the reason that cousin this?
and how can i fix it.
we are totally depending on scalix for our emails and it's Killing ! me
