Mailbox Damaged?

Hi Scalix-Friends!

I think i have some problems with my mailstore.

I see strange error messages in some logs and i have problems with sending mails.

I don't see errors in my omshowlog i could connect to the messages above except of this message:

Is my mailbox damaged?

I already run "omscan -Axfa" and "sxfixdref -f" but this tools didn't report any problems.
I can access my mailbox with Outlook, SWA and an IMAP Client, but i can't send mails through outlook.

For me it seems, that the outbox or something like that is damaged or corrupt.

I already tried to use omcontain to check OutTray and PendingTray, but omcontain doesn't report any errors and I'm not sure, if i really used the right options of omcontain.


What can i do to fix the problem for which i get this message:

Is there a manual to "decode" the error codes in the Outlook Scalix MAPI Logs?

Im running Scalix Server 10.0.1.4 on Debian 3.1. On the client side WinXP SP2 with Outlook 2003 with SP2.

Are i really the only one with this strange problem?

Does nobody know, what i could do?

Or what these strange messages wanna tell me?

Im running mad with this problems.

The error is telling you that you can't open the one folder twice with the same process so is it possible you have either two things accessing your account at the one time or there is an old process hanging around that is causing the error.

Check with "omstat -u rci" and see how many processes the system thinks you have open. Check your PC or anywhere you could be working if you access more than one PC and see if you haven't got a client running in another location.
