is it possible to deliver mails to IMAP subfolders ?

Sure.

You'll want to use either the rules wizard from within SAC, the rules wizard directly, http://host.domain.com.Scalix/rw, or use SXAA from the command line to create the rules. SXAA can be found, along with instructions, here.

this is possible:

Use the rules wizard to create a rule to file the messages to a specific folder.

http://<your scalix servername/Scalix/rw

Or use the sxaa tool from the admin ressource kit to create this rule:

But in the latter case beware of bug 14810:
