How much of it is inaccurate? Which parts? How do you know? I am wanting to test an install on an Ubuntu box (Debian derivative), but don't want to waste time on something that is inaccurate...

Forbidden under Debian Etch, Apache 2.2

I just spent some hours in searching for an error in my apache configuration: "Forbidden" in the browser, "client denied by server configuration: proxy:ajp://localhost:8009/webmail" in the logs.

System was a blank Debian Etch with Apache 2.2.3 and Scalix v. 11.3.0.11339

Problem was the default deny-all policy in the default mod_proxy configuration in /etc/apache2/mods-enabled/proxy.conf

Is this a common problem? then it should go into this page or into the project.. Hackie 15:34, 14 January 2008 (PST)
