help with SAC!!

hi every one.
I install scalix 10 on fedora 4. i thing evrything is fine. i can using CLI to create user,mailnode,....... But i can't start SAC.

hostanme: pthanh.tptceo.info
domainname: tptceo.info
when i type http://tptceo.info/sac. it display " the requested URL /sac was not found on this server, a 404 not found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to hanld the request"

apache, tomcat are running successful, http://localhost/ is working.

when i type http://pthanh.tptceo.info/sac It display 2 error
+> unable to determine ip addr from hostname for pthanh.tptceo.info
+> domain name does not exist
i already config hostname to ip, domainname

i don't familer with linux. but this is my project.

so evreyone know which problem, could u tell me or any idea about that

This topic has been covered extensively on this forum. If you use the search function or look in the SAC forum you will find many postings with solutions. The problem will boil down to your /etc/hosts file not being correct, or your OMHOSTNAME= value in /opt/scalix/global/config isn't the fqdn. If you make a change please restart tomcat.

What version are you installing? What OS. 10.0.1 addressed many of the installation and subsequent sac problems encountered in 10.0. I suggest downloading 10.0.1.
