Unable to log in to SAC

Hi,
when I try to log into the Administration Console I get an error saying

Could not login
Could not fetch configuration information.
Possible problem with administration server

Any ideas of what should be changed in order to add users?

This is a repeat of my previous post placed here for completeness,

Also you can try sxaxmin@<placeyourdomainhere.com> in other words if your domain is cookiemonster.com try sxadmin@cookiemonster.com instead of sxadmin. It worked for me.
