Automatically deleting my trashed email

Scalix email: I manually delete email which then goes to the trash file, no problem...Unfortunately within about 24 hrs my deleted mail automatically gets trashed never to been seen again. This is usually a manual action. How can I prevent Scalix from trashing my deleted only email's?

Is this using Outlook or SWA?

I think Outlook will automatically delete messages after 1 day. To change this, right click on the Deleted Items folder and select properties. Then Click on the AutoDelete tab and set the value to what you want.

Try setting UAL_NO_WB_EMPTY=TRUE
in general.cfg file
