FIXED!!! SWA Failed login

On a new install with Fedora core 5 and Scalix 11, 4 from 5 users are getting the following message when trying to use SWA. :

The evaluation period for this time-limited product has expired. please contact support@scalix.com to upgrade

omstat -a along with sxlicense and sxlicense -u show

Using Firefox 2 Mac OS X 10.4.8. All users will be accessing SWA from Macs with Firefox. Users can login with imap through telnet and with Entourage.

I have deinstall and reinstall along with complete deinstallations and the same 4 users cannot not login with SWA.

Any tips and help would be greatly appreciated.

4. For the command "sxlicmgr.py --get -t all" within the result you will get a line like:

Compare this value with the system date.

I have discovered that if the mail user is allowed to administer SWA he can login with SWA. That explains the discrepancy.

System date is accurate. At the moment I have given each user permission to aminister SWA. Fortunately none of them know that SWA exists. Nevertheless that's a situation I'll like to change.

I would like to know, do you mean, when a check is placed next to the option "User can
use SWA", for the user properties under Advanced tab in SAC, then the user is able to
login to SWA. You also get this option while you try to create a user from SAC and by
default a check is placed next to the option "User can use SWA".

If this is the case, this is normal, each user that is created have to have this option checked.
I accept the error message should be different.

Hi Subir, Thats what I meant. I realized now that I made a mistake. and everythings is fine. I was confused and thought that "User can use SWA" meant that "Used can use SAC".
