Subdomain instead of /webmail

Hi,
freshly updated to 12.1.0.14474 and now I'm trying to clean up my domains...
I'd like to access the webmail at https://subdomain.domain.com instead of the default https://www.domain.com/webmail but I don't find any documentation showing what to do
