Server not found while creating outlook profile.

Hello,

I'm trying to configure outlook profile (Premium users) for the our employee, but they have not connected with internal network.

And facing the issue "server not found" while creating outlook profile.

Could someone help to sort the issue.

Could you check telnet with port no. 5729 and 5757, it should be reachable from outside network.

thanks lot server is reachable to outlook for the outside network, these ports are opened in firewall.
