Upgradate From Scalix 12.1 to Scalix 12.5

Hi,

i want to know the process for the upgradation scalix 12.1 to scalix 12.5, my base os is Centos 6 64bit

any help will be appreciated.

Hi,

Before performing upgradation All Scalix Services should be stop

And Choose 1st option "Upgrade one or more Scalix components"

Below components are included
[1] Scalix Libical (required for Scalix Server)
[2] Scalix Character Set Detection (required for Scalix Server)
[3] Scalix Server
[4] Scalix DB
[5] Scalix Apache/Tomcat Connector
[6] Scalix Tomcat
[7] Scalix Messaging Services
[8] Scalix Management Agent
[9] Scalix Web Access
[10] Scalix Management Services
[11] Scalix Search and Index Service

in this process will perform the system check again

and some dependencies are required and it will ask for the installation.

Its too easy.
All the dependencies get installed without having to manaully install anything(i mean using yum or yast!).
And all the old settings (mailnodes etc), mailboxes etc can be retained .
Easiest upgrade ever!
