Scalix outlook extensions failed to load

am installing the new v12 connector on XP with Office 2003. On the two machines tested, the menu extensions fail to load.

Release notes don't say 2003 / XP is an unsupported platform now?
the 11.4.6 outlook connector seems to work fine..

error msgs;

'Scalix Menu Extensions': Scalix-specific menu items will be missing.
'Scalix Out of Office': You will not be able to configure your Scalix Out of Office without this.

Please check if there are any disabled items when you go into

Help -> About -> Disabled items?

This may be a case of misbehaving plugins. you can try to re-enable the plugins.
Also, if you have any antivirus installed on the system, disable it and re-create the outlook profile .

Okay, I know I can try to manually load the plugins, what's the typical path to the Scalix plugin and I'll find it and force an install.
