Trying to access webmail from backup snapshot

Hi, I'm running 11.4.4 using a backup server (with a snapshot) to try to retrieve a user's email. I cannot seem to access webmail on the backup server.

Is there a recommended method to access a snapshot on a backup server?

it's not clear what you're trying to do.

Are you trying to restore a Scalix's database from a snapshot on another machine ? Or you're trying to start Scalix on the snapshot'ed machine ?
