Sending Problems from Ouside of our Network

I have seen this problem or variations of this problem on here before, but haven't been able to fix it as of yet. When employees are trying to send email from home to a domain that is not ours, they are receiving the message "550 Denied Due to Spam List". When they send an email to our domain it works just fine. Also, when they are sending from inside our network everything works great. Below is some information collected to help. I would be happy to try anything. Thanks for your help.
