no hassle PDA?

My CEO is fed-up with her TREO (endless sync problems. Microsoft active sync 4.1 ). She now wants a new hand held. Anyone have good experience with a handheld / outlook /scalix integration. How are PDAs with the Palm OS would I need chapura download etc.... or does it work "right out of the box".

Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated.

I do not know why you are using 4.1, I think 4.2. or 4.5 works better. We use Outlook 2003 + 4.5 on Windows XP with SmartCache on and it does work.
