504 anti-virus engine "Trend Micro InterScan VirusWall&

Please help me: when I enable "Trend Micro AV", all in&out messages has been placed in "corrupted message queue".

When I issue omshowlog:

Something went wrong, and Scalix can't figure out what. The script that calls Trend needs to give a certain reply back to Scalix, indicating success / failure / virus-infected etc. It may be that Trend didn't reply in the time required, or the script somehow went wrong.

Try calling Trend manually with the same parameters and see if you can see what the issue is.
