I know this is a repeating topic in the forums, but I want to see if anyone else lately has had any success with this.

I'm trying to do a omldapsync to and Windows domain that is operating in native mode.

For what we're trying to do, this is key so any information on this subject would be appreciated.

Hi.

I implemented with success this configuration:

Scalix 11.0.2.1 EE on a RedHat ES 4-Update4.
User base is hosted on Active Directory (under a specific OU... keeping them under the default CN=Users,DC=domain,DC=tld didn't seem to work)
2 domain controllers: Windows Server 2003 R2 (in tests I tried also the non-R2 and works too)
Domain Functionality Level: Windows 2003
Forest Functionality Level: Windows 2003

Installed the schema extensions on the Schema Master DC.
Installed the gui extensions on both DCs.

Configured the OMLDAPSYNC as per the docs.
Configured Kerberos and SSO ... this was a nightmare... the docs are not very precise and I had to use a special script ("sxsso2") provided by the Scalix Support (Jim Mullady).
On this topic: I think that the problem is that I used the ktpass from the Support Tools and not from the MSDN site... ?

Anyway, now it works very well and Functionality level does not seem to be a problem (or at least, it wasn't for me).

HTH.
Regards.
