imapsync & google apps

Testing imapsync for a possible move to Google Apps. When trying to sync, I often get this message:

- msg Sent Items/22704 couldn't append  (Subject:[RE: 13482 considering e-fax]) to folder Sent Items: 46 BAD Invalid Arguments: Unable to parse flag \X-Has-Attach

Has anyone seen this before? I found a workaround using Thunderbird, but that isn't ideal.
