Get Emails on Blackberry

I put in the ilxolk.fil in the user's folder on his PC.

When someone sends him an email, it shows up in Outlook but not on the BlackBerry.
Do we need to setup the same account settings on the BlackBerry as in Outlook? How?
I am a little new to this, lol, as you can prob tell!

You need to setup email on the blackberry as POP or IMAP using BIS.

The ilxolk.fil file is only for calendar/contacts syncing.

Black berry email client needs pop3 and IMPA you need to configure the settings.
