Priority property in ICal does not match the displayed state

Hello,
I have a problem concerning the ICal entries.
When I create a new recurring entry with the Scalix Web-Client and then set a different priority for a special occurrence, the changes are not reflected in the ICal attachment of the message (I connect with IMAP). The priority in the ICal is the same for all VEVENTs (occurrences) (PRIORITY:5) and (X-MICROSOFT-CDO-IMPORTANCE:1).
Where from does the Web-Client take its priority for an occurrence? It can't be from the ICal.
I assume you use the Message-Header (X-Scalix-Recurring-State), but I don't know how to interpret this String (seems not to be Base64).
Greetings and thanks for input
