Dear friends,

Please if anyone know how to solve this advise me, my server is due for production but i am encountering this issue in hte last minute which i didn't during the R&D period.

When i do omldapsync , it shows this error "<message>omaddu : [OM 8114] Could not get a license to configure this user."

Therefore most entries failed to be added into scalix directory from openldap server.
Previously i did dozen of testing already, all synchorization was OK, worked perfect. But those synchronizing were tested with maybe maximum around 20 entries imported into scalix.
Just for today i added about 170 new entries in my openldap, so i did the synchronization with omldapsync -u mailnode -S, it failed adding 170 entries with the above error which i spotted in the log. I omshowu any of the account, non has been added.
It is frustrating this is happening in the last minute, i couldnt search anyone else encountering similar issue as i did.

Do advice me if you have any idea...really need help to ensure accounts can be addedinto scalix directoeis.....thanks for taking time reading my thread..

Are you running the Community Edition? The message is stating that you don't have enough licenses. I would look at your sync.cfg and make sure that users are being mapped to either standard or premium correctly.

Hi,
I have figured out.
I am running a Commercial license.
Its because i have exceeded the premium users number.
I realized because i synchorinzed from openldap, there is an attribute scalixMailboxClass which determine whether it is premium / standard user.
By setting that to full=premium / limited=standard, then i can do the synchronization.

Thanks Jangi for your kind assistance.
