Sent items on Thunderbird

I'm sorry if this is an obvious question, I tried but i did not find anything.
So, I have some users using Thunderbird when in office, SWA when out of office. When they send something, the Sent Items folder is different for SWA and TB. I want a single folder, I checked but I only found rules valid for received messages, not sent.
Can You help?

You can configure the folder that thunderbird uses to store sent items in the account-setings preferences.
