Failed to obtain remote execution service url for server

I'm working with the SOAP API, and when I call the methods related to groups, that query PDL's, I get the following error:
2009-01-13 22:09:46,157 ERROR [RESServiceHandler.executeRESCommand:2150] Failed to obtain Remote Execution Service URL for server scalix.domain.com from the Event table
Obviously I replaced my domain in that line.
Can someone advise what I can do to solve this?
