Any Android users out there?

I recently picked up a T-Mobile G1 and I'm happy to report that its IMAP client works pretty well with Scalix. Far better than the Blackberry IMAP client. I can access all my scalix mail folders wheras the BB BIS imap implementation only shows the Inbox and Sent and Drafts folder.
As for contacts, I'm using the Funambol client on the G1 and the Funambol Outlook client on the desktop. The Android Funambol client currently supports contacts only, but it was sufficient to sync my 200+ contacts.

I picked up my G1 phone this morning, is there any way I can get the Webmail working, can one removed that "incompatible browsers" page?

I have not found a way but I haven't really tried. Download K-9 as the mail client and use it to connect to scalix via IMAP and you'll have all your folders, etc.

My t-Mobile account just today finally implemented the changes to support the G1 i bought.
Just now tried out the web client... It's not workable for me because there is no way to select messages for bulk operations.
Maybe for simple stuff like "Read a message, Send/forward/reply" a message it looks like it should work OK. Not sure what "incompatible browser" issue you might be posting about, i'm using the default web browser for a properly updated (v1.1, not the yet to be released "cupcake" 1.5) android system.
Am using Scalix 11.2.
Will see how the IMAP client works next... but IMAP ports are sometimes blocked when using public networks so cannot be considered a reliable solution.
