Hi people I would like to know, if the software MailWatch
http://mailwatch.sourceforge.net/doku.php can work with scalix....

MailScanner works with Scalix and this looks like a MS plugin. It's not officially supported, but with a bit of tweaking I got MS to run fine. Just remember that sendmail (and MS, by extension) only handles mail that goes to or from an external recipient, not email that is purely from a Scalix user to a Scalix user.
