Notify Link / postgres cpu usage

I have been noticing that postmaster / postgres uses 95-100 % cpu (using top). When I disable the three Notify Accounts (on the Notify Server) cpu usage goes back to normal. I have set Notify to only check 8 weeks calendar. Any other suggestions??

These screen shots were talken between 6 am - 8 am on a Saturday morning, only 3 scalix users were on
