Scalix + SugarCRM Integration Questions

I'm sorry if this has been addressed before, but I'll figure it can't hurt to ask the questions again. We are interested in running a scalix / sugarcrm integrated environment, but I have been unable to find anything substantial about how this is achieved, instructions, problems, or anything else for that matter. I did read some posts about people using Outlook and the Sugar CRM connector as the means for integrating Scalix and Sugar and was curious if this is the only way? Is there any back channel communication between the Scalix and Sugar CRM systems or do they rely solely on the outlook client to achieve the communication between the two? Also, if anyone could point me to some documentation about this process, I would be grateful. Whitepapers, admin guides or whatever would be helpful.

Well, so far I've got no input on this at all. I have also called Scalix and get forwarded to xandros straight to mail box, and when I call Xandros to get to an operator, I go straight to mail box. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Strange that you can't get hold of Xandros. I suggest you PM Florian and ask him to direct you to the correct people. He is usually busy, though, so be patient.

Did you get any info on this? We're running Scalix over here and contemplating adding SugarCRM and I would also like to hear about integration possibilities.
