ical showing ghost calendar events

Postby asd_itops » Thu Jul 05, 2007 3:22 pm

Since we upgraded to 11.1.0 from 11.0.4 our ical users have alerted us to 'ghost' calendar entries showing in their ical but not anywhere else (not in outlook, not in webmail either IE or FF). Any one else seeing this? We have run an omscan and found zero errors.

I think I've seen the same thing happen. I set up Mozilla sunbird to view my Scalix 11.1 calendar, and I'm seeing things I deleted a week ago... Unfortunately I don't have enough screen real estate to capture both calendars on screen at once.

To be sure its not an outlook cache issue I opened my scalix account in a no-cache profile, then opened up sunbird and had it pull down the calendar via ical.

We tested by clearing the server side cache, regenerating, deleting the subscribed calendar in ical, and then resubscribing with a different ical name. The results where still there. Still very bizarre
