User Admin Cannot see Advanced Tab

Hi,
I have just upgraded our scalix server to v11.2 and now all of the UserAdmins cannot see the General Tab of a user when they login to the SAC.
According to the HELP section of the SAC, it says:
See only the User toolbar button, and have access to the following features:
General and Advanced tab options
Can someone help me get the UserAdmins access to the Advanced Tab?
