Unable to add new group or user in sca Boxes Grayed out

Hi,
I'm logged in as sxadmin in sac and when i run omshowu -n sxadmin i get "Admin Capabilities : YES"
however when i click on "Create Group(s)" or "Create user" i'm unable to enter a strings in the boxes as they are all the grayed out. i'm running scalix 11.1.0.45

Hi,

Check that the ScalixAdmins, ScalixUserAdmins etc groups exist (rerun the installer to reconfigure and create these if not). Try creating another user with ADMIN capability and use that instead of sxadmin. Also try to add a brand new mailnode and add users there to see if it works and post the results.
