User and Groups in SAC are not shown anymore but still there

Hello!

All worked perfekt, then I added a second domain with sac to my users. This works normal and I can send mail to this users. I also see them with omshowu -m mailnode.

When I logged in next time to sac there are no groups shown in the group section and also in the user section is only sxadmin. All my other userer are not shown any more in the list.

There is an error in scalix-caa.log: # ERROR [GetMemberAccessGroupList.createSOAPResponseMessage:246]

What could be the problem? Any ideas?

Hi,

Without more info provided there is little to go on. I would suggest rerunning the installer to reconfigure SAC again to make sure that it is talking to the right RES.

I am having the same issue after and 11.1 install. I did have problems with the SAC login but it appears that there were 2, yes 2 sxqueryadmin accounts. shrug...

What I have seen is sense the upgrade, I have added users from bash and they seem to show up. what I do not see are all of the previous users from before the server upgrade.

I don't know if this helps or not.. but it is what I have at this time while trying to look things over.

Ok, I have looked and looked. I have reindexed some of my users that are not showing up.

these are my findings so far.

the user mark.pipkin has Globally Unique ID: 1eec00005e8c0554-07.1.1.01 the user front.desk has Globally Unique ID: 14fe00005e8c0554-01.01.861.291.

Every user that was added after the upgrade to 11.1 shows up in SAC and has 01.01.861.291 at the end of it's identifier. all of the users that are not showing up have 07.1.1.01 as an identifier. Is there away to re Identify these uses so that they get the newer identifier tag at the end.

Also notice that the SIS index has the new Identifier at the end of the mark.pipkin account.

Please help I have got to get this working tonight. Thank you.
