Scalix Administrator Console is not showing all email addresses. If I want to change the password of any user whose email address it is not listed then I need to search it first then it shows.
I never got any complain of those user whose email Id not lised and they all are working fine.
Same problem user faced when they compose the mail and click on "TO" to get the list of existing users, many users name and groups are not displayed in the list.

Hi!
It's possible that you have over 100 entries in the directory.
The file /var/opt/scalix/hk/caa/scalix.res/config/ubermanager.properties has a setting
ubermanager.console.maxListSize which defines how much information is returned to
the console from a query. The default is 100. You should increase this and restart tomcat
to see if that solves the problem.

Thank u. I changed that option and its working.
But still user faced problem when they compose the mail and click on "TO" button to get the list of existing users, many users name and groups are not displayed in the list. It shows the message "Partial list. Please narrow down your search".
I have server with 4GB RAM and 150 users. Performance of scalix is drametically decreased. It took around 2 minutes after pressing New button (i.e. Compose).
I checked memory status which is given below:
total used free shared buffers cached
Mem: 4153524 1989572 2163952 0 119176 1062524
-/+ buffers/cache: 807872 3345652
Swap: 2096472 0 2096472
It utilized 2GB of RAM and 2GB RAM is free. When check CPU utilization. its perfactly Idle, Output is given below:
avg-cpu: %user %nice %sys %iowait %idle
0.97 0.01 0.40 1.54 97.08
avg-cpu: %user %nice %sys %iowait %idle
0.50 0.00 0.50 0.00 99.00
avg-cpu: %user %nice %sys %iowait %idle
0.50 0.50 1.49 4.48 93.03
avg-cpu: %user %nice %sys %iowait %idle
0.50 0.00 1.50 0.00 98.00
