Cannot see users from other Scalix servers

Hi,
I'm trying to add groups including users from other servers than the one where the group will reside. However, I can only see a few of the users from the other machines. I get the following error in scalix-caa.log

I used to have this working, but not anymore. How..?

Hi Johan!

It's possible that you have over 100 entries in the directory.

The file /etc/opt/scalix/caa/scalix.res/config/ubermanager.properties has a setting ubermanager.console.maxListSize which defines how much information is returned to the console from a query. The default is 100. You should increase this and restart tomcat to
see if that solves the problem.

Changed to 10000. That hung up IE totally. Chnaged to 200. Still no entries from other Scalix servers. Only certain imported addresses show.

Hi,
I am reasonably comfortable with dirsync. I have more than 100 servers in my network. All entries are present on the server, more than 9000 of them, however, only a few show up in SAC, in fact none of them are from other Scalix servers. Only entries from SC & OM servers show up. From this I draw the conclusion that my LDAP works correctly, or would you suspect otherwise ?

Hi!

Does the command sxlicense -u show all users count including the ones from other
servers as well? SAC will at once only show the number of users that is set for limit size
in file ubermanager.properties, SAC must be showing an incomplete list. Try using suitable
filters to see if they help in showing other users.

sxlicese -u shows the licenses for the servers on the same license, but of course not for imported entries. Applying a filter to the search does not help
