"Could not retrieve the information for the selected us

SAC (version 10.0.1.21) was working just fine. Then I tried deleting several email aliases for one of my users. When I clicked Save, SAC told me it couldn't do it ("The user information could not be saved").

NOW ... I get this message every time I click on ANY user in the Administration Console from the Users list:
"Could not retrieve the information for the selected user". If I try to open it from a different link (like the Groups list), then it doesn't respond at all.

I've tried looking at omshowu output and anything else I could think of, but everything appears to be ok.

SAC has rendered itself useless for user management. Please help!

Thanks for the suggestion..

I did search the forums before posting and I saw that one.

Unfortunately, deleting this user is *not* the intended result. I was merely trying to remove a few aliases from his account.

Any suggestions that don't involve deleting the account?
