Missing "Change Password" button in SAC >> U

Hi,
I have opened Scalix SAC [Ver 9.2.1.119], scrolled down through the list of users, selected a user and the "Change Password" button is missing. I have checked other users and it exists? Can you tell me why this user should be any different? and how do I rectify this issue.

Are you certain the user isn't an Internet user? If not, please post the output from omshowu and omsearch -e "cn=user name" -m @all-attr@ -v for that user.

I have logged in SAC and queried the users account and your correct, the user is shown as being an Internet User. Can this be changed?
