Cannot access sac/webmail

I have been using Scalix 9's webmail and sac sucessfully for months however I believe my server was rebooted and now I am unable to log in to neither sac nor webmail. I upgraded to Scalix 10.0.1 but it did not fix the problem...when attempting to access sac or webmail I still just get "Cannot find server or DNS Error".

Can you ping this server from a command line windows or do a nslookup on it? You would not get a DNS error if the server was down. This seems to have to do with name resolution.

I like the domain name, but have you cleared that with our legal department to use our trademarked name in it?

Scalix 10 does not use port 8080 anymore. Just use /webmail and no port specifier.
