Hi Robert,

is there alreay a directory entry for the user you are trying to create?

omsearch -e s=carr/g=robert

do you get any better information if you try creating the user from the command line?

omaddu -n "robert carr/mailnode" -p password.......etc

As Mike said, try creating it from the command line. You'll get a much more informative error message.
