Can't open sac

I am unable to access the sac or webmail. I can get the apache test page o.k. (we don't need a web site on this one). Tomcat starts and then stops.
catalina.out contains the following.

I have removed and installed Jave/JRE. I have Reconfigured/upgraded etc using the Scalix installer. I have no idea what has changed, the server has not been touched for a couple of months. Last time I did anything with this server, it was to use the sac which worked fine.
I am now officially lost, please help.
