Hello all together!

Since the update to version 11.4.6.5113 we have a problem in administrating some of our users.
When I select one of the users who have the problem, a error message appears. But this happens only with some users!
The german error message is the following: "Die Benutzerinformationen für den ausgewählten Benutzer konnten nicht geladen werden."

I know there is a topic with the same name here, but that did not help me. Also it is 3 years old. So I decided to start a new one.

Did you apply the patch for 11.4.6?

Thank you very much for your answer!
This patch seems to fit perfectly to our problem. THe problem only apperas at users who have " ä ö ü " in their name. Blame us, we didn't get it...
We will apply the patch at the weekend and tell you if it worked.
