Hi, can anyone help ?
I have been adding standard users by bulk (script) into scalix 11.4.0.4501. After adding some users in which there was some incorrect data I now cannot see any new standard users in the SAC and at the bottom of the listings I get the "Incomplete List" message. I can still add users ok.
If I promote that user to a premium user then I can see them in sac. If I then demote them I cannot see them in the listing . However I can search for them and find them and they will list IF i search specifically for them.
I have tried this solution and although the paths are different on my system I changed every instance of ubermanager.console.maxListSize=100 that I could find to to 400 http://www.scalix.com/wiki/index.php?title=I_get_an_%E2%80%9CIncomplete_List%E2%80%9D_message_in_the_Scalix_Admin_Console._How_can_I_display_more_entries%3F. Still no joy.
It seems that every standard user after a certain point will not be displayed unless i promote them or search for them.. any help welcome..
