Hi,
I have a user who is claiming they never received email.
Our third-party mail filtering company's logs show the mail has been received from our external contact, then successfully transferred to our Scalix servers' public IP address. We probably receive thousands of emails a day, without issue, typically.
I trust the third party's logs, and I am confident that Scalix has received this email due to the reliable history.
Can someone please direct me to the log file I need to inspect to discover which IP address (Windows client within my company) has connected and downloaded a specific email?
I have looked at 'POP3 Interface' and 'Local Delivery' but no IPs are apparently being listed. I have tried changing the log level too, but I'm still unsure whether I'm barking up the right tree.
Thanks.
